With Valentine's Day falling on a Monday this year, we are happy to help you celebrate this occasion with a delicious Valentine's Catered FOUR COURSE Meal (all included in the price of your entree)! Ready to heat and pick up on Saturday, February 12th, we have prepared the most amazing culinary options created by our Executive Chef John Griggs. Your four course meal includes:

  • PRE-DINNER AMUSE-BOUCHE
    • > Vietnamese Sweet Chili Chicken Spring Roll

      > Bruschetta on Toasted Ciabatta

      > Smoked Salmon on Pumpernickel Crisps

  • CHOICE OF APPETIZER
    • > Curried butternut squash soup with crispy leeks and grilled shrimp salsa.

      > Tuna tartar with chives, avocado, confit mushrooms in a pommerey mustard dressing. Micro greens.

      > Watermelon carpaccio with fresh figs, roasted fingerling crisps, micro greens, feta and a Port wine and balsamic dressing.

  • CHOICE OF ENTRÉE WITH SIDE DISHES
    • Prosciutto wrapped salmon with pesto cream and tomato bruschetta salsa | $75

    • Braised beef short ribs with port wine, Vidalia onion and forest mushroom ragout | $85

    • Cinnamon jerk rubbed chicken supreme with a mango relish and rum demi | $70

    • Kimchi and shrimp wonton ravioli with a sweet chili butter sauce | $65
