Royal Ashburn Thanksgiving Catering Packages 2020

All orders must be placed by Friday October 9th at noon.

Orders will be available for pick-up on Sunday October 11th  from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Note - Packages below serve 6 people.

Starters - The following are available to add to your catering package:

Domestic and Imported Cheese Tray - $50.00 ($56.50 after hst)
Cheddar, Jarlsberg, Brie and Boursin with grapes, dried fruit and candied walnuts. Accompanied by an assortment of crackers.

Charcuterie Board - $55.00 ($62.15 after hst)
Selection of Cured Meats and salami’s, pickles, olives and pepperoncini, Served with garlic crostini and mustards.

Seafood Platter - $65.00 ($73.45 after hst)
Poached Salmon with Lemon Dill Aioli, New Zealand Green Lip Mussels with Mignonette sauce, Chilled Shrimp with Horseradish sauce.  (serve chilled)

Arugula Salad - $45.00 ($50.85 after hst)
Endive, Radicchio and Arugula lettuces, baby cucumber ribbons shaved parmesan, blistered cherry tomatoes and Balsamic Dressing.

Entrees
All entree packages include the following:
- Roasted Sweet Potato and Kale Salad with candied pumpkin seeds and dill mustard vinaigrette
- Warm Roasted Corn and Bacon
- Thyme and Garlic roasted Fingerling potatoes
- Roasted medley of carrots, turnip, parsnip and brussel sprouts
Dessert
- Pumpkin Cranberry Pie with Ginger Crust

Package 1 - Maple Glazed Smoked Ham - $175.00    ($197.75 after hst)
Maple glazed smoked ham with a grain mustard and maple thyme sauce.

Package 2 - Oven Roasted Turkey - $180.00     ($203.40 after hst)
Oven Roasted Turkey with Homemade Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce and Gravy.

Package 3 - Top Sirloin Roast - $195.00     ($220.35 after hst)
Roasted Top Sirloin Roast served with house made Yorkshire pudding, horseradish and red wine jus.
