Royal Ashburn Holiday Catering Packages 2023

All orders must be placed by Wednesday, December 20th at 12PM

Orders will be available for pick-up on Sunday, December 24th from 10:00AM - 2:00PM

*Catering packages serve 10 people.

Package #1 - Oven Roasted Turkey - $350 serves 10 ($395.50 incl. HST)

Oven Roasted Turkey with homemade stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy.

Package #2 - Roasted Prime Rib Roast - $450 serves 10 ($508.50 incl. HST)
Roasted Prime Rib Roast served with house made Yorkshire pudding, horseradish and red wine jus.
 

Both packages also include the following:

• Fresh ciabatta buns
• Potato and leek soup (3L)
• Savoury stuffing
• Roasted butternut squash
• Red skin country mash with sour cream and chives
• Roasted medley of carrots, turnip and brussels sprouts
• Sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce

*ADD-ON OPTION - Maple-Glazed Ham - $95 serves 10 ($107.35 incl. HST)

Maple Glazed Ham with a grain mustard and maple thyme sauce.
*Add-on Maple-Glazed Ham option does not include the above sides.
