Orders will be available for pick-up on Saturday, December 24th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Note - Catering packages serve 10 people.
ADD A STARTER - The following are available to add to your catering package:
Domestic and Imported Cheese Tray - $65.00 ($73.45 after hst) Cheddar, Jarlsberg, Brie and Boursin with grapes, dried fruit and candied walnuts. Accompanied by an assortment of crackers.
Charcuterie Board - $70.00 ($79.10 after hst)Selection of Cured Meats and salami’s, pickles, olives and pepperoncini, Served with garlic crostini and mustards.
Seafood Platter - $80.00 ($90.40 after hst) Poached salmon with lemon dill aioli, grilled calamari with sweet chilli, chilled shrimp with horseradish sauce (served chilled).
PACKAGES Catering packages #1 & #2 include the following:

ENTREE SELECTIONSPackage #1 - Oven Roasted Turkey - $275 serves 10 ($310.75 after hst) Oven Roasted Turkey with Homemade Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce and Gravy.
Package #2 - Roasted Prime Rib Roast - $325 serves 10 ($367.25 after hst) Roasted Prime Rib Roast served with housemade Yorkshire pudding, horseradish and red wine jus.
*ADD ON OPTION - Maple Glazed Ham - $80 serves 10 ($90.40 after hst) Maple Glazed Ham with a grain mustard and maple thyme sauce.
