2026 Junior Development
Junior Performance Programs | Ages 8-18
Junior Performance Programs Overview
- > 6 Levels. One Proven System.
Our Junior Performance Programs follow the Operation 36 development model, a globally recognized system that measures a junior golfer’s progress through scoring ability.
The Junior Performance Programs at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club Performance Centre are built around the Operation 36 development model, ensuring that every junior is placed in a level that best matches their current skill level, not just their age or experience alone. Each junior is assessed and guided into the appropriate starting level, creating a clear, confidence-building pathway for long-term development.
The program operates on a monthly subscription model (no commitment necessary), allowing juniors to continue developing at their own pace while progressing through the six Operation 36 levels. As skills improve, juniors earn their way forward through measurable performance milestones, working toward Level 6, the final stage of the program, where golfers are prepared to play their best golf with confidence. This flexible structure supports ongoing growth, consistent coaching, and a development journey that rewards commitment, improvement, and a true love for the game.
How the Performance Centre Works (Operation 36)
Operation 36 measures a junior golfer’s ability by how far they can play the course while still shooting a maximum score of 36. Juniors must “earn” their progression to longer course lengths by demonstrating consistency, accuracy, and scoring ability.
